The whole system including the reaction tank ,condenser ,sub-cooler ,collection tank ,nutsche filter ,vacuum pump ,transfer pump and pipeline .
1.Stainless Steel Crystallizing Reactor Tank : It is a jacketed Crystallizing reactor tank ,which jacket can be design as Single full Jacket/limpet coil jacket,which is used for maintaining reaction conditions by providing utilities like steam, chilled water, cooling water, chilled brine and hot water. raw material Solids are charged into reactor through Manhole/ Nozzles manually and liquids are charged in to reactor by liquid transfer pipelines connected to reactor or manually through manhole. the inside shell equipped with the different type sensor ,like the PH sensor ,conductivity meter ,load cell sensor ,flow meter etc to control the reactor crystallizing parameter .
Top mounted the anchor type agitator to mixing inside solution homogenizer , Solution or slurry is discharged from the reactor by nitrogen pressure or by pump, through bottom discharge valve.
2. condenser /sub-cooler : which is used to condensate the vapor solvent or water ,and circulation to back the crystallizing tank or drain out to the solvent storage tank .
3. nutsche filter : it is a sanitary grade filter which can separate the crystalize solid powder particle and solvent to get he final APIs .
4. vacuum system which can make system under low temperature
5.pipeline system which are all use argon welding to make without dead corner
6. transfer pump : it is used to transfer the solvent out
7.control system :button control or PLC control to control the whole crystallizing production process record and printer .
