Liquid supply engineering: The liquid supply pump lifts the raw liquid from the temporary storage tank to the measuring tank inside the equipment. After the vacuum pressure inside the equipment reaches the set value, it is sucked into the distillation kettle to complete the measurement and liquid feeding.
Distillation engineering: The equipment turns on the heat source (steam, heat pump, electromagnetic) to distill the water in the raw water in an environment with a reduced pressure of -80~90kPa and a boiling point of 45~55 ℃. The water is condensed into relatively clean recovered water through a condenser, and the scraper on the stirring shaft scrapes off the solid matter on the inner wall of the distillation kettle to prevent scaling.
Discharge project: The automatic control system detects and judges the residue status inside the distillation kettle, and enters the discharge project when it reaches the set value. The scraper on the mixing shaft rotates to discharge the residue.
High degree of automation: The equipment operates automatically in batches, and personnel only need to conduct regular inspections without the need for duty.
Customization of materials: Different distillation kettle and condenser materials can be selected according to the customer's water quality to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Scraper descaling: There is an elastic scraper mechanism inside the distillation kettle, which does not require descaling during long-term operation of the equipment. The residue is completely discharged, and the moisture content of the residue can be as low as 10-40%. High COD and high salt waste liquid can be crystallized and dried to obtain solid matter.
No consumables: The operating principle of the equipment is simple, and there are no consumables generated during the applicable process. Introduce the operating costs.
Closed distillation environment: The distillation and condensation processes are all carried out in a closed environment, and there is no secondary pollution of exhaust gas on site.
