Usage
It is designed for research and small scale solvent recovery unit .also it is used for the concentration field to remove the solvent from the product .so it is widely used in the lab or company for some formula studying research purpose .It is widely used to evaporate and distill the solvent out from the mother liquid ,like the methanol ,ethanol ,acetone etc in the parmaceutical ,chemical and APIs processing etc field .
Working principle
Due to the different solvent boling temperature is difference , so the low boiling temperature solvent will be distilled and evaporate from the mother liquid firstly ,and the evaporated solvent will be condensate by condenser and collection in the collection tank .as this principle ,so this equipment also will be used for the solvent recovery and solvent purify purpose .
