1.Water based extraction process :Extraction machine →filter (transfer pump)→extraction storage tank →concentrator→purify machine (optional)→solvent (water) remove evaporator (optional )→vacuum scraper concentrator →drying machine (optional )→solvent recovery system (optional).

2.Solvent based extraction process :solvent mixing tank→ Extraction machine →filter (transfer pump)→extraction storage tank →concentrator→purify machine (optional)→solvent (water) remove evaporator (optional )→vacuum scraper concentrator →drying machine (optional )→solvent recovery system (optional).

1. multifunctional extraction tank : which can be load the raw material and water(solvent ) ,the raw material soaked in the water(solvent )       solution ,then heating for the boiling by steam or electrical and control the boiling temperature and extracting time  ,after reaching the process requirement ,then transfer the extraction solution outlet to the extraction solution storage tank .the residue raw material can be discharge .

 as the extraction tank we can choose the different type structure according to the production process and raw material specification.
