Solvent Essential Oil Extraction Machine means it is using the solvent (Like the ethanol, methanol ,acetone )based to extract the essential oil active ingredient from the herbal raw material like the Plant rhizome: Aquilaria, ginger, aloe, clove, Plant fruit: passion fruit, pepper, Oleoresin ,castor, star anise, grape seed, lemon etc

It is assumed that several extraction tanks are connected to each other to form a series of extraction tanks .the herbal material in each tank are in turn new-loaded herbal materials, after extraction,the fresh solvent is added to the last tank .the other tanks are successively filled with the extract transferred from the next tank for extraction.the extract is eventually discharged from the front tank ,then the final extract tank discharges to the residue and loads the new herbal into the first extractor tank,so the circular extraction is carried out.

Multifunctional Continuous Counter current Extraction Machine is designed as a horizontal channel with a pushing device inside.Herb material and fresh solvent are fed into the channel quantitatively and moves continuously through the channel Both are heated by the heat medium in the outer jacket during the process .The whole process is kept on the process temperature required for extraction.

Fresh solvent is preheated and herb material is pre-wetted before entering the channel . the herb material and the solvent running in reverse direction, the soluble ingredients of solid phase ( herb material) can be fully released, and the liquid phase (solvent) is kept to a minimum.In this way, it can continuously feed raw materials, extract and residue after extraction.
